Covenant Reminders:
Friendly reminder that any major home improvements such as remodels/additions to existing home or adding a new structure (such as a shed/extra garage) must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee.

Annexation Update
The board has not received any further communications from the City of West Des Moines regarding Annexation, since the last update was sent out in the October Newsletter.

Thank you, Dan, for updating our website! Our old website expired and needed to be rebuilt, but the link to the website is the same. We will also be posting these newsletters on the website bi-monthly and the Annual FCOA Meeting notes.
Upcoming Snow Removal Notice:
RJ Lawn & Landscape is our snow removal company for the neighborhood. Should you have any issues with the road snow removal or have questions on timing or comments on icy spots, etc.., please do not contact RJ Lawn directly.
